About the Role

Nova-360 is seeking an ambitious, results-driven Sales Representative on behalf of our client to lead sales and business development for assistive reading and learning technology.

In this role, you will drive outreach to educational institutions, school boards, special education departments, and accessibility specialists to showcase how devices empower students with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outreach & Prospecting
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers across K-12 school boards, higher education institutions, and special education programs.

2. Product Demonstrations
- Deliver compelling virtual and in-person product walk-throughs demonstrating Scanmarker’s text-to-speech, translation, and assistive reading features.

3. Pipeline & Account Management
- Build, track, and manage a qualified pipeline of educational clients from initial outreach through contract closure.

4. Relationship Management
- Develop lasting relationships with school administrators, accessibility coordinators, and procurement directors to secure long-term contracts and recurring sales.

5. Sales Targets
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales milestones through consultative selling strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Sales Experience
- 2+ years of success in B2B outbound sales, business development, or account management.
- Experience in educational technology, assistive technology, or K-12 procurement is a strong asset.

2. Communication
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct high-impact product demonstrations.

3. Self-Driven
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to operate independently in a high-growth environment.

4. Tech Proficiency
- Comfortable presenting hardware and software solutions.
- Familiarity with modern CRM and sales outreach platforms.
