Sales Representative

Description:

We are hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Representative in Karachi. The role involves engaging with clients, understanding their investment needs, presenting suitable real estate opportunities, coordinating site visits, maintaining CRM records, and supporting the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

While working from Karachi, the candidate will gain exposure to Dubai and Türkiye real estate markets, with the company continuing to expand its international reach.

Qualifications

* Maximum 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in real estate, investment, or a related field.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Strong negotiation, persuasion, and client relationship management abilities.

* Ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable property options.

* Willingness to learn local and international real estate market trends.

* Comfortable with CRM tools, basic office software, and sales reporting.

* Strong organizational skills, follow-up discipline, and professional attitude.

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred.
