Sales Representative

Description:

🔍 Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to trucking companies and potential clients in the US market.

• Promote dispatching services and onboard new carriers or owner-operators.

• Build and maintain relationships with leads through follow-up calls and consistent communication.

• Achieve monthly sales targets as set by the management.

• Maintain CRM records and update call logs and client data regularly.

• Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure smooth onboarding and operations.

• Provide top-notch customer service and problem resolution when required.

✅ Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English, Fluent communication is a must.

• Call center or sales experience, Prior dispatch industry experience is a plus.

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle US-based CRM tools.

• A self-motivated, confident, and positive attitude.

• Must be available to work evening/night shifts (US Time Zone).
