Sales Representative

Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team for a US-based auto warranty campaign. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to close sales over the phone.

🎯 Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers through outbound/inbound calls.

• Promote and sell auto-related products/services to US clients.

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Build rapport with customers and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication.

📌 Requirements:

• Fluent in spoken and written English.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Prior experience in call center sales (1-2 years preferred).

• A positive attitude with the ability to handle rejection.

• Ability to work night shifts (US timings).

• Minimum Intermediate/A-Level education (Bachelor’s preferred).
