Sales Representative

Description:

ThinkKon is currently hiring Sales Representatives for its US Auto Warranty Campaign, based at Fortune Tower, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi. This is a full-time night shift role, perfect for candidates who are enthusiastic, goal-driven, and thrive in a high-performance sales environment.

As part of our energetic team, you will be expected to engage US-based clients via phone, promote automotive products and services, and consistently meet sales targets. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and a persuasive approach to successfully close sales over calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to/from potential US customers

• Promote and sell auto warranty services and products

• Build trust and rapport to convert leads into confirmed sales

• Consistently meet or exceed assigned weekly/monthly sales targets

• Maintain accurate logs of interactions and sales in CRM systems

• Follow up on interested prospects and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Fluency in spoken and written English

• 1–2 years of experience in call center sales (preferably in a US campaign)

• Excellent sales and negotiation skills

• Positive attitude with resilience to handle rejection

• Willingness to work night shifts (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM, Monday to Friday)

• Minimum Intermediate/A-Level education (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
