Position: Sales Professional – Upsell Account Manager (Design & eBooks)
Location: Onsite, Karachi, Pakistan
Shift: 8 PM – 5 AM (Night Shift)

Canvas Digital is expanding, and we’re looking for Upsell Account Managers to join our team in Karachi. If you're skilled at nurturing existing accounts, identifying upsell opportunities, and driving revenue through strategic client relationships, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
→ Manage and nurture existing client relationships
→ Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities within assigned accounts
→ Ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement
→ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
→ Maintain updated CRM records and track upsell KPIs
→ Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings

Requirements:
→ Experience in upsell sales or account management (preferably in digital services)
→ Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
→ Strong client servicing and relationship management skills
→ Confident in negotiation and upselling strategies
→ Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
→ Must be comfortable with night shift hours
