Qualifications & Skills

~Education:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

~Experience:

4-6 years of experience in sales, demonstrating a successful track record.

2+ years of experience in sales management, ideally within the solar or renewable energy sector.

~Technical Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with expertise in sales data analysis.

Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.

~Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.
