Key Responsibilities
• Develop and expand the client base for export freight forwarding / custom clearance services
• Identify new business opportunities and create strategic partnerships
• Lead and manage sales team for high performance and target achievement
• Build strong client relationships through solution-based selling
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
• Regularly report on sales pipeline, targets, and achievements
Skills & Requirement
· Minimum 4-5 years of experience in sales, business development in export freight forwarding / custom clearance services
· Proven track record of bringing in active sales and existing business is highly preferred
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Team management experience (for Manager-level roles)
· Self-driven and result-oriented individuals
· Market Competitive salary
Qualification
· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
