Sales Executive

AuxWork Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a results-driven Sales Executive to join our in-house team. If you're a confident communicator with a passion for closing deals and building client relationships, we want to hear from you!

Note: This is a full-time, on-site position. Remote work is also applicable; however, in that case, the base salary will not be included and compensation will be commission-only.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads via cold calling, email outreach, and networking
• Conduct client meetings and sales presentations
• Understand client needs and present relevant service solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle — from outreach to closing
• Maintain regular follow-ups and CRM updates (if applicable)
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized
• Prior experience in sales, telesales, or client communication preferred
• Comfortable working on-site in a team environment
