Senseera Tech, a fast-growing digital design agency, is on the lookout for a highly motivated Remote Sales Executive to join its dynamic sales team. If you're passionate about digital creativity and have a talent for selling through chat platforms, this is your opportunity to thrive in a performance-driven, commission-based environment.

You’ll be representing and selling a wide range of visually creative solutions such as:

• Social Media Posts

• Banners and Flyers

• Logos and Brand Assets

• Web Designs

Targeting clients across platforms like Discord, Twitch, Twitter, Instagram, and more, you will play a key role in increasing brand reach and driving client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospects via chat on social platforms and websites

• Present, pitch, and sell design services in a persuasive yet friendly manner

• Understand customer requirements and suggest tailored design solutions

• Maintain records of leads, sales, and conversions

• Collaborate with designers to ensure client needs are met

• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets

Candidate Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital sales (preferably for a design agency)

• Strong written communication and persuasive selling skills

• Understanding of major social media platforms and client behaviors

• Education: Matric / O Levels / A Levels / Intermediate or above

• Ability to work remotely and maintain consistent performance
