Rin Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and skilled International Cold Calling Sales Agent to join their dynamic team. This role is focused on outbound sales in the US market, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced international sales environment and is looking to make a measurable impact.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential leads, conducting cold calls, handling objections with confidence, and ultimately converting leads into qualified opportunities. This role demands exceptional communication, research abilities, and a strong understanding of sales strategies to drive consistent results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform outbound cold calls to potential clients primarily in the US market

• Scrape and research leads independently using online tools and platforms

• Clearly communicate value propositions and engage in effective persuasion techniques

• Overcome objections and confidently navigate through client pushback

• Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls, leads, and conversions

• Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM tools

• Continuously refine sales strategies and contribute to team success

Candidate Requirements:

• 1.5 to 2 years of hands-on experience in international cold calling, preferably targeting the US market

• Excellent verbal communication in English with neutral or near-native accent

• Proven ability to research and scrape high-quality leads independently

• Strong understanding of cold calling strategies, objection handling, and sales pipelines

• Comfortable working night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM PKT)

• Highly self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver consistent results
