As a Sales Executive, you’ll be working directly with businesses, showcasing the capabilities of TechnoSysInt's ERP platforms. This is a field sales role involving client interaction, demos, relationship-building, and achieving monthly targets.

Conduct client visits to understand business needs and pitch suitable ERP software
Deliver live product demonstrations tailored to client requirements
Build and maintain strong business relationships
Prepare and present proposals to potential customers
Work towards achieving monthly sales targets
Collaborate with team leads and senior sales members to improve conversion rates
BBA or MBA in Marketing (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Strong communication skills, confidence, and persuasive ability
Eagerness to learn and grow within the field sales and tech sector
Self-motivated and target-driven personality
Ability to work independently and professionally represent the company during client interactions
