Sales Executive

 

Description:

Plutexx is looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our sales team. You will be responsible for converting warm leads generated through social media marketing and PPC campaigns into loyal customers using a consultative, solution-based sales approach. The ideal candidate is confident in handling both new and existing clients, managing negotiations, and consistently achieving sales goals.

 

Responsibilities:

• Engage with inbound leads from Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other paid campaigns.

• Understand client needs and offer tailored service packages (design, marketing, web, etc.).

• Follow up on leads via WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails.

• Maintain lead status and communication logs using CRM or Google Sheets.

• Create and send professional proposals and quotations.

• Handle complex negotiations with potential clients and decision-makers.

• Build long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

 

Qualifications:

• 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in a digital agency or IT-related services.

• Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, especially PPC and social media.

• A strong command of English (written and verbal) is mandatory.

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Google Sheets-based CRMs).

• Proven track record of success in lead conversion and closing deals.

• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
