Sales Executive

UnReal Pays, a leading tech recruitment agency, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Female Sales Executive to join our team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to connect with tech companies across Pakistan, promoting our talent acquisition services and helping businesses find the best tech professionals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding tech companies such as startups, IT firms, and software houses. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, convincing companies to leverage our recruitment expertise, and driving sales growth through client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and approach tech companies in Pakistan, including startups, IT firms, and software houses.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with HR departments and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs.

• Effectively present and promote UnReal Pays’ talent acquisition services to potential clients.

• Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and earning commissions.

• Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-up communications to ensure successful onboarding of clients.

• Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are fully met and service delivery is seamless.

Candidate Profile & Skills:

• Female candidates only, in accordance with company policy.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, B2B sales, or recruitment agency roles; fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.

• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven with a passion for sales.

• Basic understanding of tech roles (developers, designers, etc.) is a plus but not mandatory.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Urdu.

• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
