Sales Executive

Kosmo Print is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Karachi. The selected candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, developing strategic sales plans, and managing key client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed company revenue goals.
• Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with key clients and major customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the production team to align sales initiatives with operational capabilities and customer needs.
• Lead client meetings, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction through prompt service and proactive communication.
• Provide regular reports and market insights to senior management, contributing to data-driven decision making.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven sales and business development experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
• Proven ability to analyze market data and drive sales growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer focus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
