Sales Executive

Description:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive for our Karachi office. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, generating interest in our POS solutions and business services. Your communication skills and persistence will help SMEs understand the benefits of our offerings and drive new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients in the UK market.
• Explain SWITCH&SAVE products and services clearly and confidently.
• Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Follow scripts and adapt to client needs while maintaining professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly call targets and contribute to lead generation goals.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English. UK accent preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• Ability to work full-time from our Karachi office.
