Sales Executive

Softdesignz is hiring in-house Social Media Sales Executives with expertise in generating sales through platforms like Discord and other social media communities. This is a full-time office-based night shift job, not a remote or freelance position.

We are looking for passionate and target-driven individuals who understand how to engage with online communities, attract potential clients, and convert them into paying customers.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with targeted communities on Discord and other social media platforms to identify and convert leads into sales.
• Use platform knowledge and communication skills to generate high-quality sales.
• Apply smart strategies to maximize visibility, audience targeting, and engagement.
• Coordinate with the in-house team for client onboarding and after-sales support.
• Work with a goal-oriented mindset to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of social media platforms and community engagement strategies.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Freshers can also apply (training will be provided).
• Must be willing to work night shift (on-site).
• Past sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
