At Nextscrum, we’re looking for a Business Development Executive to help us expand our client base and strengthen our presence within the software house industry. This role is perfect for someone eager to grow in B2B sales, digital platforms, and relationship-building—particularly through LinkedIn, Upwork, and Fiverr. You'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative team working with international clients in a fast-paced environment

 

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.
  • Schedule appointments and manage client communications.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with international clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in lead generation and working on Upwork / Fiverr.
  • Strong ability to schedule and manage client appointments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Professional attitude with the ability to confidently deal with clients.
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • CRM experience is preferred
