Incotec Industries is looking for a talented and driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Karachi & Lahore)The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge and 2–3 years of experience in the HVAC industry.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or MS Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities in the HVAC market

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors

• Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and propose suitable HVAC solutions

• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and presentations

• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, technical support, and project follow-up

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business development

• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction

• Stay updated on HVAC technologies, products, and market trends

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven HVAC industry experience

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components & applications

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Valid driving license (preferred)

• Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus
