Sales & Distribution Manager

Description:

FuelX, an Australian-origin premium car care brand, is expanding its sales and distribution network across Pakistan. We are looking for a motivated and market-driven Sales & Distribution Manager to lead our offline growth, distributor onboarding, retailer network development, and recovery-focused sales operations.

This role is ideal for someone who understands Pakistan’s automotive aftermarket, retail distribution, and field sales culture.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Appointing and managing city-wise distributors
• Developing retail shop, car wash, detailing studio, and auto-market sales channels
• Achieving monthly sales and recovery targets
• Conducting regular market visits and competitor analysis
• Building strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
• Coordinating with our CDC team for stock availability, dispatches, and order fulfillment
• Maintaining daily sales, recovery, and market feedback reports
• Ensuring disciplined payment recovery and credit control
