What You'll Do:
• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• Book qualified meetings for the sales team
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with cross-functional teams

What We're Looking For:
• 1–2+ years of SDR, BDR, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales experience
• Experience selling US-based services (SaaS, IT Services, Staffing, or Medical Billing preferred)
• Strong cold calling, prospecting, and communication skills
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho
