As an SDR at Zaphyre, you will be the first point of contact with global prospects, sparking meaningful conversations and paving the way for major sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential clients worldwide
Initiate high-quality conversations and establish rapport with prospects
Qualify leads and set appointments for the closing sales team
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and customer interactions
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Continuously improve communication and persuasion strategies
Work in a lively, supportive, and fun culture that celebrates results
Requirements:
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly persuasive, energetic, and confident in cold calling
Passionate about sales and eager for career growth
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Working Hours: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (Monday to Friday)
