Sales Development Representative

Zaphyre is on the lookout for high-energy Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join their sales powerhouse team based in Karachi. As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential international clients. You’ll be responsible for engaging prospects, creating strong sales pipelines, and contributing to the company’s explosive growth in global markets. The ideal candidate is someone fluent in English, confident on the phone, and ready to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to cold and warm leads across global markets via calls and emails

• Initiate meaningful conversations to understand client needs and qualify leads

• Create and maintain a healthy pipeline of sales prospects

• Schedule and coordinate demos or follow-ups for closers

• Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs and sales targets

• Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams for alignment and feedback

• Maintain CRM records with accuracy and timeliness

• Represent Zaphyre’s brand with professionalism and energy

Candidate Requirements:

• Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory)

• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

• Sales-savvy, persuasive, and comfortable with outbound calling

• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven

• Prior sales or call center experience is a plus, but not mandatory

• Willing to work night shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM, Monday to Friday)

• Team player with a strong desire to grow within a sales-focused organization

Work Schedule:

• Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (Night Shift – Monday to Friday)

• Work Type: Full-time, On-site

• Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi

• Transport: Company-provided drop service
