This is an on-site, night shift position ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to engage global clients, spark meaningful conversations, and contribute to the business development pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to international prospects through calls, emails, and digital platforms

• Qualify leads and set appointments for the closing sales team

• Build rapport and spark interest by clearly communicating value propositions

• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and pipeline status

• Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and messaging

• Achieve or exceed monthly KPIs and performance metrics

Requirements:

• Fluency in English with outstanding spoken and written communication

• A confident, persuasive personality with natural charisma

• Sales-minded with a competitive, high-achievement attitude

• Quick thinker with adaptability and problem-solving skills

• Prior experience in a sales or outbound role is a plus, but not mandatory

• Comfortable working on-site from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday to Friday
