About the Role
We’re looking for a confident and results-oriented Sales & Customer Retention Executive who can drive new business while nurturing strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Generate new leads through cold calling and outreach
🔹 Convert prospects into loyal clients
🔹 Communicate professionally via calls and emails
🔹 Prepare and present quotations based on client needs
🔹 Follow up consistently to close deals
🔹 Re-engage inactive clients and drive repeat business
🔹 Resolve customer concerns from previous orders
🔹 Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
🔹 Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience
🔹 Achieve monthly sales targets

What We’re Looking For
✔️ At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or business development
✔️ Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
✔️ Confident in cold calling and client interactions
✔️ Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
✔️ Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho CRM is a plus)
✔️ Willingness to work evening/night shifts
