Your role and responsibilities: As a Safety Engineer, your daily duties include but are not limited to:
 

• Prepare Safety manual, emergency response plan, spill prevention plan & fire fighting plan of Plant.
• Observe work in progress, ensures that proper safety equipment is worn and procedures are followed.
• Implementation of Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA) at site.
• Make recommendation for correction and follow up to ensure that violations have been corrected.
• Review of Incident / Accident & makes recommendation for prevention of similar future accidents.
• Report Near miss
• Training of employees on safe work practices, Fire Fighting, emergency response plan First Aid.
• Supervise Fire Drill at site.
• Perform monthly inspection at site.
