We are seeking a motivated and skilled RF Hardware Engineer to join our hardware design team and contribute to the development of next-generation RF and wireless systems.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

RF Design & Development:

· Design and develop RF circuits, components, and subsystems for wireless communication products.

· Perform simulations, feasibility studies, and design optimizations.

· Integrate RF components into complete hardware systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

RF Measurement & Testing:

· Plan and execute RF testing procedures to ensure optimal performance and signal integrity.

· Analyze test results, troubleshoot RF-related issues, and implement design improvements.

· Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Simulation & Design Tools:

· Utilize industry-standard RF design and simulation tools such as ADS, HFSS, CST, and AWR Microwave Office.

· Model, simulate, and validate RF circuit behavior throughout the development lifecycle.

· Stay updated with emerging RF design tools, techniques, and best practices.

Documentation & Reporting:

· Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for RF designs, test procedures, and results.

· Ensure proper version control and change tracking for all project documentation.

· Provide regular technical updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Team Collaboration:

· Work closely with hardware, firmware, and system engineering teams to achieve performance and integration targets.

· Communicate technical progress, risks, and challenges effectively to peers and management.

Continuous Learning & Quality Assurance:

· Stay informed about emerging RF technologies, trends, and standards.

· Participate in technical reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

· Ensure the reliability and robustness of RF systems through structured testing and validation.

 

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related discipline.

· 1–2 years of hands-on experience in RF PCB circuit and system design.

· Strong understanding of RF fundamentals, antenna design, and transmission line theory.

· Practical experience with RF test equipment, including spectrum analyzers, VNAs, and signal generators.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
