Fossil Energy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and motivated Retail Sales Operations Executive to oversee and support our non-fuel retail activities across multiple outlets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, store operations, inventory oversight, and ensuring smooth day-to-day retail functioning.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
·  Manage daily operations of non-fuel retail outlets
·  Support and monitor retail sales execution
·  Achieve monthly sales targets through planning and performance
tracking
·  Ensure strong customer service and store standards
·  Maintain stock levels, inventory accuracy, and display management
·  Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and operational insights
·  Coordinate with teams to improve retail efficiency and drive growth
·  Assist in training, guiding, and supporting front-line retail staff

🔹 Education Requirements
· MBA preferred/Engineering

🔹 Experience Requirements
·  2–4 years of experience in retail sales/operations
·  Experience in non-fuel retail or convenience stores will be a strong
advantage
·  Proven ability to manage store operations and support sales objectives
