Resident Engineer

Description:

Position: Resident Engineer
Location: Karachi Only
Experience: 1-1.5 year

Job Responsibilities:
-Install and configure operating systems, applications, and email (Outlook/mobile) including Office 365.
-Provide hardware support and troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, printers, and firmware updates.
-Support Microsoft OneDrive, MS Teams, and basic network (LAN/WLAN) operations.
-Coordinate with vendors for network installation and expansion.
-Install and troubleshoot network printers and IP telephony systems.
-Manage email configurations and support service desk ticketing systems.
-Perform root cause analysis for basic IT issues and escalate complex problems when needed.
-Document support steps and ensure timely resolution and follow-up with end users.
-Stay updated with technology trends and assist in IT initiatives.
-Maintain a professional appearance and strong customer service as part of a client-facing role.

Candidates residing in Port Qasim, Steel Town, Malir, or nearby areas will be preferred.
