CSIDC is seeking a motivated, analytical, and passionate Research Assistant to join our Gender Just Transition Collective in Karachi.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in climate justice, energy transitions, gender equality, governance, and public policy. The role involves research, stakeholder engagement, documentation, coordination, and supporting ecosystem-building initiatives.

We’re Looking For Candidates With:

✔ Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills
✔ Experience in political economy research
✔ Excellent English writing and analytical abilities
✔ Strong organizational, coordination, and Microsoft Excel skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment
