Regional Visibility Manager Karachi

We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Regional Visibility Manager to lead visibility execution across key markets for one of our leading FMCG clients. The role demands strategic planning, team management, and seamless execution of merchandising activities to ensure brand presence and compliance at retail touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Lead and supervise visibility operations across the assigned region.
• Coordinate with internal teams and field force to ensure flawless execution of planograms and visibility elements.
• Conduct regular market visits to audit compliance and generate performance reports.
• Liaise with client teams to align regional activities with national strategy.
• Ensure timely deployment and maintenance of merchandising assets.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in trade marketing, merchandising, or visibility roles (FMCG preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage field teams and multitask under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
