Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving regional sales growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets through effective channel management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with channel partners, distributors, and dealers.
- Drive revenue growth and improve sales performance across the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's distribution network.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews with channel partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Support to ensure seamless execution.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business development plans.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through strong partner engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- MBA will be considered an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Channel Sales, Distribution Sales, or Business Development.
- At least 2 years of experience managing a regional sales territory.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets through channel partners and distributors.
- Experience in the CCTV, Solar, Networking, IT, or Technology industry will be preferred.
