Recruitment Intern

Description:

ConnectB2B Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Recruitment Intern to join its remote HR team in Lahore. This is a 3-month paid internship with the potential to transition into a permanent Technical Recruiter role based on performance. The intern will support sourcing and recruiting top IT professionals while gaining exposure to industry tools and global networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source skilled IT professionals via LinkedIn, job boards, and social media

• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline

• Conduct screening interviews for both technical and cultural fit

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams

• Match candidate profiles to client requirements

• Act as liaison between candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process

• Customize resumes based on role requirements

• Apply creative sourcing and headhunting strategies

• Maintain accurate candidate records using ATS tools

• Prepare recruitment analytics and reports

Mandatory Requirements:

• Must be based in Lahore

• Strong written and spoken English

• Active presence on platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (completed or in progress)

• Understanding of IT roles and trends is preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and hiring metrics
