Description:
ConnectB2B Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Recruitment Intern to join its remote HR team in Lahore. This is a 3-month paid internship with the potential to transition into a permanent Technical Recruiter role based on performance. The intern will support sourcing and recruiting top IT professionals while gaining exposure to industry tools and global networks.
Key Responsibilities:
Source skilled IT professionals via LinkedIn, job boards, and social media
Build and maintain a candidate pipeline
Conduct screening interviews for both technical and cultural fit
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
Match candidate profiles to client requirements
Act as liaison between candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Customize resumes based on role requirements
Apply creative sourcing and headhunting strategies
Maintain accurate candidate records using ATS tools
Prepare recruitment analytics and reports
Mandatory Requirements:
Must be based in Lahore
Strong written and spoken English
Active presence on platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (completed or in progress)
Understanding of IT roles and trends is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and hiring metrics
