Description:

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter for our Karachi office to support U.S.-based recruitment operations. This role involves end-to-end recruitment, relationship management with U.S. clients, and contributing to revenue growth by identifying, onboarding, and placing top IT talent across various domains.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding for U.S.-based roles.
  • Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate cultural & technical fit.
  • Coordinate and manage interview process and feedback collection.
  • Extend offers, negotiate salaries, and close candidates effectively.
  • Learn and apply Boolean search, headhunting, and market mapping techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. hiring regulations, visa/work authorization requirements, and documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with U.S. hiring managers and clients.
  • Target new clients, onboard them, and help grow Santcore’s staffing revenue.
  • Maintain accurate ATS records and share recruitment performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on U.S. hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and in-demand skills.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of technical recruitment experience (U.S. staffing preferred).
  • Familiarity with U.S. tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) & visa types (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT).
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM systems, and job boards.
  • Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
  • Strong negotiation, client relationship, and target-driven approach.
  • Ability to work in night shift aligned with U.S. hours.
