Khaleef Technologies, a reputable and rapidly growing tech company, is currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Recruiter to join its HR team at its Lahore office in DHA Phase 8. This role involves full-cycle recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles, making it ideal for individuals who are confident in their sourcing strategies and communication skills and can thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in building strong, diverse teams by identifying top talent across various departments. This includes engaging with candidates, collaborating with hiring managers, and delivering a seamless recruitment experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.

• Source and attract candidates using diverse channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and recruitment networks.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide timely updates on hiring progress.

• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

• Maintain and update recruitment records and reports using HR tools or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Participate in employer branding initiatives and career fairs, enhancing the company’s talent acquisition presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of proven experience in technical and non-technical recruitment.

• Solid understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously with strong time management.

• Experience using recruitment software or ATS is a plus.
