Quantity Surveyor

Description:

Experience Required:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Civil Construction.
• Experience in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) / Prefabricated Steel Construction will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation.
• Cost estimation and budgeting.
• Verification of subcontractor and supplier bills.
• Preparation of IPCs and final accounts.
• Material reconciliation and cost control.
• Contract administration and project documentation.
• Coordination with project, procurement, and site teams.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Sound knowledge of construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
