Quantity Surveyor

Description:

Design & Engineering Systems (Pvt.) Ltd. is hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS) for infrastructure and building projects. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in road works, underpasses, flyovers, and building construction with sound knowledge of quantity take-offs, BOQs, and project billing.

𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Quantity Surveyor (QS)
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: HO - Project site
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
• B.Tech / DAE (Civil) / BS Civil Engineering or relevant qualification
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience in Roads, Buildings, Underpasses & Flyover projects
• Infrastructure project experience is mandatory

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and quantity take-offs
• Verify contractor bills and prepare client billing
• Conduct site measurements and progress verification
• Monitor project costs and budget control
• Coordinate with project managers and site engineers
• Assist in tendering and contract documentation
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and contract terms

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying and billing procedures
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of infrastructure drawings and specifications
• Good analytical and cost control skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
• Strong coordination and communication skills
