Required: QUANTITY SURVEYOR FOR HIGH RISE BUILDING PROJECT
We are looking for a qualified and responsible Quantity Surveyor for our construction site. The candidate must be committed, honest, and capable of handling all quantity surveying responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets
• Monitor project costs and control expenditures
• Verify contractor bills, measurements, and variations
• Prepare monthly progress reports and cost statements
• Manage material take offs and site measurements
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and management
• Ensure work is completed within approved budget
• Handle variation orders, claims, and final accounts
• Maintain accurate documentation and records
• Ensure compliance with contracts and project specifications
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
• Experience In High Rise Building Is Must
• Strong Knowledge of Construction Costing & Billing
• Ability To Work Independently and Responsibly
• Good Communication and Reporting Skills
