*Qualifications Required*:

• Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

• Expertise in relevant software such as AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, Word), and Quantity Takeoff tools.

*Job Responsibilities*:

• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.

• Analyze project requirements, material costs, and labor to develop accurate estimates.

• Manage cost control throughout project phases.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects.

• Utilize software tools to calculate quantities, manage data, and prepare reports.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and quantity estimation software.

• Strong knowledge of civil construction materials, labor rates, and market trends.

• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.
