Quality Engineer

Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and commonly used quality tools to ensure product quality and process improvement. Key Responsibilities Implement and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) in line with company standards Conduct internal audits and support external audits (ISO compliance preferred) Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met Analyze defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Use quality tools such as: 7 QC Tools (Pareto Chart, Fishbone, Control Charts, etc.) Root Cause Analysis (RCA) FMEA (Failure Mode & Effects Analysis) SPC (Statistical Process Control) Prepare quality reports and documentation Work closely with production and engineering teams for continuous improvement Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial / Manufacturing preferred) 2–3 years of relevant experience in quality engineering Strong understanding of QMS (ISO 9001 preferred) Knowledge of inspection tools and techniques Good problem-solving and analytical skills Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting Strong communication and teamwork skills Preferred Skills Experience in automotive or machining industry
