This pivotal role involves ensuring the highest standards of quality through meticulous inspection, documentation, and technical verification using specialized software and precise measurement tools. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong technical background and a commitment to process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Tool and Measurement Verification:
- Perform detailed and practical inspections of various tools and equipment.
- Conduct precise measurement verifications of parts and components to ensure adherence to specified tolerances and quality benchmarks.
- Expertly utilize precision measurement instruments, including:
- Micro Meters
- Height Gauges
- Force Gauges
Documentation and Reporting:
- Generate comprehensive and accurate Quality Control (QC) reports following all inspections.
- Maintain rigorous documentation of all QC processes, including inspection logs, measurement data, and compliance records.
- Analyze inspection data and present clear, insightful reports to management.
Technical File Oversight:
- Oversee and verify CAD/CAM files to ensure accuracy and consistency with design specifications.
- Ensure all drawings and technical documents are up-to-date and correctly version-controlled.
Process Improvement and Compliance:
- Actively monitor and ensure ongoing compliance with all established quality standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement within the quality control and production workflows to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Must-Have Technical Expertise & Qualifications:
Essential Skills:
- AutoCAD Expert: Proven expertise in 2D Drafting and Drawings. The ability to interpret complex technical drawings and create precise draftings is critical.
- Precision Measurement: Proven proficiency in handling and interpreting readings from various measurement tools, specifically:
- Micro Meter
- Height Gauge
- Force Gauge
