Quality Control Executive

As a QC Executive or QC Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all products meet internal quality benchmarks and regulatory compliance before reaching the consumer. You will be responsible for overseeing production processes, identifying deviations, and implementing corrective actions to uphold the brand’s commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks during various stages of production.

• Monitor compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and SOPs.

• Identify non-conformities and initiate corrective/preventive actions.

• Collaborate with production and R&D teams to troubleshoot and optimize processes.

• Maintain and update QC documentation, reports, and analysis logs.

• Assist in internal audits and support third-party quality inspections.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a quality control role within the FMCG sector.

• Familiarity with ISO standards, GMP practices, and regulatory compliance.

• Strong analytical and observational skills.

• Proficiency in quality testing tools and data interpretation.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
