Macrise Tech Solutions is seeking a meticulous and experienced QA Specialist to join our Medical Billing Quality Assurance team, specializing in Behavioral Health billing processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Audit and monitor performance in all critical billing functions including:

  • Eligibility & Benefits Verification

  • Authorizations & Intake Review

  • Charge Entry & Claims Submission

  • Payment Posting

  • Denial Management & AR Follow-up

  • Patient Collections

  • Credentialing & Re-Credentialing

• Identify process gaps and documentation errors, providing timely corrective feedback.

• Ensure full compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.

• Maintain QA dashboards, reporting metrics, and communicate results to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in medical billing QA, preferably within the Behavioral Health domain.

• Strong knowledge of billing platforms such as Office Ally, Availity, AdvancedMD, or similar.

• Familiarity with US insurance payers, claims denial patterns, and resolution processes.

• High attention to detail, accountability, and excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work night shifts (6 PM to 3 AM) onsite at Lahore location.
