✅ Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1+ year experience in BPO / Call Center QA
• Strong call monitoring & evaluation skills
• Knowledge of QA scorecards & audit processes
• Good communication & reporting skills
• Basic Excel knowledge
