Tti Testing Laboratories, a leading name in analytical testing services across Pakistan, is inviting applications for the role of Quality Assurance Manager at its Lahore facility. This is a career-defining opportunity for an experienced and visionary quality professional to join a multi-disciplinary team at one of Pakistan’s premier testing labs serving industries such as textile, leather, footwear, PPEs, chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, and the environment.

As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring robust quality management systems in line with international standards such as ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 17020. The role will require hands-on leadership in ensuring operational compliance, laboratory accreditation, audit readiness, and ongoing improvement of quality protocols. You will play a key role in maintaining the laboratory’s credibility and reliability by ensuring the accuracy, precision, and integrity of test results.

The ideal candidate must possess a strategic mindset with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and handle sophisticated instrumentation such as LC-MS (Liquid Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry), GC-MS (Gas Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry), and ICP-MS (Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry). You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, laboratory managers, technical staff, and clients to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant services.
