🔍 Role Overview
Interact Global is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to monitor and evaluate sales calls across our BPO operations. This role is critical in ensuring sales quality, compliance, and continuous performance improvement.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
✔ Monitor and score inbound & outbound sales calls
✔ Evaluate pitch delivery, objection handling, compliance & closing techniques
✔ Identify quality gaps and sales behavior trends
✔ Provide structured, actionable feedback to sales agents
✔ Participate in QA calibration sessions with Operations & Training
✔ Prepare quality performance reports and support improvement initiatives
🎯 What We’re Looking For
✅ 1–3 years of experience in BPO / Call Center Quality Assurance
✅ Strong background in sales call QA (ACA, Insurance, Solar, Lead Gen, Telemarketing, etc.)
✅ Excellent listening, analytical, and reporting skills
✅ Strong understanding of scripts, compliance, and sales KPIs
