Description:

𝗘𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 is seeking a dedicated and experienced 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗿 to join our Research Publication Department. This role is perfect for candidates with a strong background in academic publishing and a proven record of getting research papers successfully published in 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝗽𝘂𝘀, 𝗪𝗢𝗦, 𝗜𝗦𝗜, 𝗦𝗦𝗖𝗜, 𝗦𝗖𝗜, 𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗖𝗜𝗘-𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗱 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Take full ownership of the research publication process—from writing, manuscript preparation, journal selection, submission, revision handling, to successful indexing.

• Ensure all publications adhere to journal guidelines and maintain high ethical and academic standards.

• Collaborate with sales and academic writing departments to ensure client requirements are fully met.

• Maintain transparent publication practices and ensure timely delivery of results.

• Report departmental progress and updates to the CEO weekly.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in research publishing (preferred).

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field.

• Proven experience in publishing research in reputable indexed journals.

• Solid understanding of research ethics and journal requirements.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
