Key Highlights of the Role:
✅ Review tender documents & prepare competitive proposals
✅ Estimate costs for materials, labor, and subcontractor work
✅ Coordinate with internal teams, vendors & subcontractors
✅ Compile technical submissions & ensure compliance
✅ Identify risks & suggest value engineering solutions

Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management
📌 3–6 years’ experience in proposal, estimation, or tendering
💻 Skilled in MS Office, AutoCAD & estimation software (Candy, CCS, etc.)
📝 Strong communication, coordination & organizational skills
