Project Manager & Upseller

KGT Global is looking for an experienced Project Manager & Upseller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client projects, handling international client communication, coordinating with internal teams, and identifying upselling opportunities to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation to successful delivery.
• Communicate with international clients to understand project requirements.
• Coordinate with design and development teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Handle Fiverr inquiries, proposals, quotations, and order management.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify and close upselling opportunities by recommending additional services.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Project Management, Client Success, or Account Management.
• Strong experience handling Fiverr and international clients.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, client handling, and upselling skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in a software house or digital agency will be preferred.
