We are looking for a proactive, organized, and design-savvy 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 (𝐅𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐞) to join our team in Karachi. You will serve as the engine of our project execution, ensuring smooth creative workflows, strict deadline adherence, and high-quality deliverables.

📌 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

1. Project Planning & Execution: Own the complete project lifecycle from brief intake, milestone definition, and resource allocation to final sign-off.

2. Team & Resource Management: Delegate daily tasks across all resources to ensure smooth workload distribution and eliminate project bottlenecks.

3. Timeline & Scope Control: Monitor project timelines aggressively, prevent scope creep, and ensure milestones are met without sacrificing output quality.

4. Quality Assurance & Review: Conduct thorough initial reviews of creative assets against client briefs and design standards before client presentation.

5. Status Tracking & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date project management dashboards (task statuses, deliverables, and resource capacity) to ensure internal alignment.

🎯 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

1. Experience: Proven track record in a design agency, creative studio, or software house managing design projects.

2. Design Literacy: Good aesthetic sense and understanding of creative/UI/UX design processes.

3. Client Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions and manage client feedback efficiently.

4. Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with project management platforms like Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Notion.
